The Merciless Inquisitor will be pretty :/ about being attacked. "Like. . . what?? We were just vibing, hey man, hey??" But she has no problem giving as good as she gets. Lumine and Childe will be thoroghly thrashed in this encounter; injuries will be pretty severe but short of life-threatening, and you can chose which ones you'd like in accordance with your own tastes! But near the end of the battle, the Shadow will send a barrage of light magic towards a wall, completely shattering the stone and creating an opening. . . through which she like, forcibly tosses Lumine and Childe, just to get rid of them. At least she isn't trying to kill them!!

Lumine and Childe will find themselves landing in the pond in the courtyard, which is. . . very weird, since the torture chamber wasn't anywhere near the pond, right?? And when they look up, they'll only see the sky, which begs the question of wheeeere did they even come from?? Space is weird??

But either way, a shiny object will plunk into the pond with them. If they examine it, they will see it's a tiny little angelic halo! Touching it will make them feel warm and safe, though they will get the distinct feeling that the emotion is Not Theirs. Hm. Mysterous
