Gotcha! Due to the mechanics of item gain and retrieval in the game, I do think the physical item creation part of that ability will be powercapped. He can still create a physical object, but it will be deformed and sad and unhappy :( :( Like if he tries to create a chair it will be rickety and dilapidated and impossible to sit on! And he can only create two or three objects (no bigger than a person) before he gets SUPER SUPER TIRED, like ALL THE ENERGY WAS SAPPED AWAY FROM HIM.

Creating spells will still work as intended with less restrictions-- he can still cast a fireball if he wants to, and he won't have any issues with it! It's just the physical item creation thing that will need to be nerfed.
