HELLO 'v' Kira here!

BODY SWAP CANDYLAND will be running from September 29th @ 7pm GMT until October 9th @ 11pm GMT! Please sign up ASAP so that I can figure out swap & randomised table assignments. These will be finalised on Wednesday 28th.

You can play as many characters as you want, just make it as clear as possible so I don't goof up and swap you with yourself.

Full rules will go up on the day, but for now —

✦ Once you've received your bodyswap assignment, make a new journal and populate it with icons!
✦ Do not reveal who you're swapped with! This will form part of the win mechanics.
✦ Physical monster traits will remain with the body; the monsters themselves will move with their person.
✦ ALL powers and abilities will stay with the body. Screw the lore, the Warden has money.
✦ All items stay with the body.
✦ Characters cannot be injured! It just won't work! You can, however, commit as much property damage as you like.
✦ Characters will be free to leave the game area and mingle, but, due to the anonymous nature of the game, pop-up tents and sleeping bags will be provided.

What's it like to be your character?:

Dream is a very, very old entity. Like literally billions of years old.

His “human” form has nothing particularly notable in terms of build. No scars, no injuries, no lingering pains.

Pale, slim frame. Always wearing black. Do you wanna be a goth boy? You are now.

His eyes sometimes shine with starlight!

Monster traits: A prehensile, ox-like tail, and clawed fingertips.

Powers and abilities:

The anthropomorphic personification of dreams/stories, Dream can induce sleep in others with his sand, visit their dreams, manipulate said dreams, and generally control them.

If it exists in a dream, he can create it in reality. This power is subject to the usual item creation nerfs in Reverie.

Stronger and more invulnerable than the typical human.

Shapeshifting!

Teleportation!

Some very low-key telekinesis?

Able to inspire people with ideas just as easily as he can curse someone with endless nightmares.
