Make sure to read the general game info or the pages found on this navigation before you ask; sometimes, the answers may be there. MY ORGANIZATION ISN'T THE BEST HOWEVER. . . so if you can't find something, still feel free to ask, and I will direct you in the right directions ;;/

OKAY AFTER SOME THOUGHT, options 1 and 2 are not available, alas. Vicious would have to know what he is asking for to get it from the box! So Roy would have to ask for his canon bow, and Vicious would have to know what bow he is asking for in his canon, etc.

And for option three, Vicious can get a generic bow, but it can't have any magical abilities nor unlimited ammo, because there may or may not be a way for characters to get extra non-canon abilities in the future! But if he does ask for a bow I'll give him a quiver of arrows to go with it because otherwise it'd be useless hAHA.
