THEY DO YES but you'd ofc have to buy them from the shop with tokens. Please buy Pokemon moves Saturn tyvm.

And yes you can regain Rest as a healing power! It would count as auto-regen and leave scars/lost limbs/etc, but it can def heal injuries like normal auto-regen can.
